(If you want a scene as the background, reference images are highly appreciated but not necessary)
☆ Any disrespect will not be tolerated, your commission will be cancelled immediately.
☆ I am allowed to decline any commission without further explanation.
☆ All of my art will have my signature on one of the corners. (@Crystal_Opal insert year of completion) this will be fairly visible. NEVER remove this.
☆ I get the FINAL SAY on the pricing of the commission, any unnecessary debate that I believe to be unreasonable will be considered disrespectful and your commission will be cancelled.I may timelapse my process for a speedpaint on my Youtube or Instagram!2. Payment

Listed commissions can take up from 1 week to 2 months (62 days), while non-listed can take longer (3 to 4 months).4. Customer Satisfaction
☆ I want my commissioners to feel satisfied with their commission. Changes can be made during the sketch and lineart process, but please note I will no longer make any big changes after lineart and colour are placed. Smaller changes like colour of glasses, glasses, bracelets, etc. are acceptable.5. Copyright/Usage Policy
I have all right to the drawing. You are allowed to use the drawing for a profile pic, background, post, etc. as long as I am properly credited. I may ask what you are going to use my commission for.Therefore I am:
☆Allowed to post the drawing on any social media.
☆Promote myself as I wish.
☆Display the art where I want to.Therefore commissioner can:
☆Use it for personal use (profile picture/backgrounds etc)
☆Promote themselves on social media as long as I am credited.
☆Print the art for posters/stickers etc. (Personal use)Therefore commissioner CANNOT:
☆Reproduce the art for commercial use (making money off it in any way unless explicitly stated and discussed)
☆Alter the art without my consent.
☆Take credit for the art.
☆Remove ANY watermarks and/or replace them with your own.
☆Using my art as an NFT or for AI training.ANY commissioner who goes against these terms will be blacklisted from future commissions. You will no longer have the rights listed above and I may go public telling other artists to not take commissions from you.6. Cancelling and Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED ONCE I HAVE STARTED YOUR COMMISSION!
100% of the commission payment will be given back if a refund is allowed!This policy is due to how Kofi refunds work, apologies if this is inconvenient for you!
